This very short survey (managed by GoogleForms) asks you to rate various challenges that may impact your organisation’s ability to make fair and equitable pay decisions.

Every year, large organisations make tens of thousands of pay decisions, with multiple stakeholders contributing to each decision, making it challenging to ensure fair and equitable pay.

Total Reward, Pay Equity, and similar strategies are great on paper, but executing them consistently can be difficult, especially when operating in a competitive talent market.

Factors that affect the pay strategy execution gap include manager and recruiter decision-making capabilities, budget constraints, market pressures, cultural influences, and even external factors such as headhunters, Glassdoor, and your level of employer brand recognition in the market.

In this 5-minute survey, you will evaluate each of the challenges on a four-point scale. There are also two optional free-text fields.

Every participant will be able to access an anonymised summary of the results, which will help you understand the extent to which your own organisation’s challenges are shared by the wider market and can guide your approaches to closing the pay decision execution gap and improving pay decisions.

This survey was created by Andrew Milestone. No payment or sponsorship has been received for this effort.
